Our mission is to help grow the game of lacrosse locally in the WNY area by providing the highest level of training in the area. As collegiate coaches, our staff has worked with players at every level of development and believe in the power of sport as a vehicle to not only provide enjoyment from this great game, but to help foster inter-personal skills of team work, cooperation, and accountability. Our non-traditional season programs are intended to provide organization and instruction while allowing each player to experience other sports and activities avoiding burnout and overtraining injuries from singular sport focus.

At each training session members of our staff and team will be working directly with players on individual and team skills in a fun learning environment. 

Fall Program Overview:

This will consist of 5 - 90 minute training sessions and 1 fall tournament, four training sessions will take place prior to the tournament and the fifth after the tournament to review our experience from the tournament.

Training dates: Sundays, Sept 8, 15, 22, 29 | Oct 13th

Tournament: Saturday, Oct 5th | 3 Nations Lacrosse Classic | Orchard Park, NY

Cost: $395, includes: Uniform (reversible, shorts, shooting shirt), facility rentals, insurance, team equipment, tournament registration fees, coaching.

Optional Winter training opportunities will be provided as a separate opportunity and the summer program overview will be released shortly. All players that play in the fall will have a guaranteed spot for summer 2020.
