Canisius Women's Lacrosse Fall Prospect Day:

The Canisius Women's lacrosse is offering its summer prospect day on Monday, August 26th. Our prospect day will feature individualized skill instruction, small concepts, team concepts, and live play. Learning from our Division I coaching staff, our mission is to provide high quality learning and instruction through individualized feedback and college level drills.

Open to all high school aged players.

Date: Monday, August 26th, 2019

Cost: $150, includes 4 hours of on field instruction and reversible pinney

Schedule:

12pm: Check-In

12:30pm: Introductions

12:35pm: Stick & individual skill work.

1:30pm: Positional Work

2:30pm: Tactical Work

3:15pm: King of the Hill
