Canisius Women's Lacrosse Fall Prospect Day:

Head Coach Russell Allen and his staff are excited to announce that Canisius Women's lacrosse is offering its fall prospect day on Sunday, September 19th from 4pm-6:30pm. Our prospect day will feature individualized skill instruction, small concepts, team concepts, and live play. Learning from our Division I coaching staff, our mission is to provide high quality learning and instruction through individualized feedback and college level drills.

Open to all high school aged players.

Date: Sunday, September 19th | 4pm-6:30pm

Cost: $100 + 3.95% processing fee, includes a Golden Griffin Shooting Shirt.

4:00pm Introduction & Warm Ups

Segment I: Individual Skill Focus

Segment II: Small Sided Team Skills

Segment III: Scrimmages
